Diana Nyad, 64 years old, is the first person to swim the 110 miles of wild water between Florida and Cuba without a shark cage, arriving on land today.

"I've got three messages:
1. is we should never give up.
2. you are never too old to chase your dreams.
3. is its never a solitary sport, it's a team.
As she put it, and what I take from it.... "Find a way."
